Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
As we try to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests made after this period will be denied. Once you have received your order, you may return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments via PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time to process your order during holidays and sales periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs fees and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax free in US Dollars, which means you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once your order is received. Import taxes, duties and any related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. How can I return an item?

What if the items received are defective/wrong/damaged?
Contact us if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective goods. Please include your order number, photographs of the item and all related references upon receipt of your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuing bank with questions about when the credit will appear in your account. If you still haven't received your refund, here's what to do: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
